Job summary

Merz Aesthetics is seeking a manufacturing associate to fill, label, inspect, and sterilize products in a cleanroom environment. You will follow GMPs and maintain documentation while supporting on-the-job training for teammates.

The role requires cleanroom experience, ability to work Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm to 1am, and careful adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
  • Dependability and good interpersonal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture products: label, inspect, and sterilize per documented procedures.
  • Work in cleanroom: gown to guidelines including gown, hood, booties, gloves.

A Brief Overview

Responsible for filling, labeling, inspecting, and sterilization ofproductmanufactured in a clean room.Performs duties related to Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices.Support in conducting on-the-job training.

  • Manufacturing product: Labels, inspects, and sterilizes per documentation requirements.
  • Cleanroom: Gown to cleanroom guidelines includinggown,hood,bootiesand gloves.
  • Training: Supports employee and ongoing training for associates.
  • Communication with co-workers: Communicates with supervisor and/or fellow associates on related order questions or concerns.
  • Accurate documentation: Accurately documents necessary processes performed per procedural requirements and supports the review of completed documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Housekeeping: Maintains cleanliness and order including segregation and proper identification of material.
  • Maintain Records: Maintains records, asappropriate, tocomply withregulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to safety requirements: Use ofappropriate personalprotective equipment and following necessary steps to ensure there are no safety concerns
  • Other duties as assigned: Employees willbe requiredto follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties required by their supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years work experienceOR1-yearexperience with High SchoolDiploma/EquivalentORAssociates Degree
  • Cleanroom experience
  • Experience working with medical product manufacturing and/or GMP manufacturing
  • Must be able to work: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 1am.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Mustpossessdemonstrated math, reading, and writing skillsrequired.
  • Ability and willingness to ensure accuracy, understand detailed instructions, good interpersonal skills, record of dependability, and attention to detail and qualityrequired.
  • Basic computerproficiencyin ability to enter data and retrieve SOP documentsrequired.
  • Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
