Come grow with us!**Job Requirements:**The Manufacturing Operator I position is responsible for set-up of all machinery on shop floor. Able to operate all presses and/or CDCH coating lines in compliance with the companies TS16949 and ISO14001 standards.**Responsibilities:*** Responsible to set-up and change over production machinery including die set-up and material changes.* Responsible for continuous operation of machinery in order to eliminate any unnecessary downtime.* Able to operate all presses and/or CDCH coating operations consisting of prep, coating, sheet separating and de-framing of gaskets while also maintaining rate that is part specific.* Able to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in order to maintain quality standards.* Responsible to make sure each machine is stocked with material throughout the shift.* Assist tooling personnel in correcting any potential issues with a die.* Able to provide light maintenance on machines or a die including but not limited to oiling and greasing.* Responsible to complete all paperwork, documentation, and BPCS transactions accurately and timely.* Responsible to assist in general housekeeping of the department.* Responsible to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a safe work environment at all times.* Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.**Qualifications/ Experience:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Manufacturing experience a plus.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Basic math skills.* Highly motivated.* Strong time management and priorities management skills.* Analytical and problem-solving skills.* Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
