Job summary

AnazaoHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to prepare sterile and non-sterile products in a cleanroom environment in Spring Valley, NV. The role emphasizes accuracy, cGMP-compliant processes, and strict confidentiality of patient information.

The position supports Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm shifts, with opportunities to grow skills in aseptic technique, batch records, and inventory control within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares batches from non-sterile bulk powder to sterilized product using batch records.
• Passes/maintains Media Fill qualifications to compound and aseptically fill product.
• Setups, operates, and maintains cleanroom equipment.
• Maintains proper cleanroom etiquette at all times.
• Gowns/garbs appropriately when entering the cleanroom.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of cleanroom areas and sterilizing glassware and tools.
• Documents task completion using designated electronic resources.
• Learns sterile compounding and cleanroom terminology.
• Maintains annual aseptic training and process qualifications; keeps up with required education.
• Assists in inventory using FIFO/FEFO best practices.
• Ensures confidentiality of Protected Health Information per HIPAA.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY
Compounds injectable formulations with strict adherence to standard operating procedures and cGMP requirements. Attention to detail / producing high-quality products is of upmost importance for this position.

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares batches in their entirety from non-sterile bulk powder to sterilized product utilizing the detailed batch records
• Passes and maintains all Media Fill qualification requirements and authorized to compound and aseptically fill product
• Setup, operate, and maintain cleanroom equipment
• Maintains proper cleanroom etiquette at all times
• Ability to gown/garb appropriately every time entering the cleanroom area
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of cleanroom areas. Cleans equipment and sterilizes glassware, tools, and devices according to
  documented methods.
• Utilizes designated electronic resources to document completion of tasks
• Ability to learn and understand sterile compounding and cleanroom terminology (example: line of demarcation)
• Stays up to date with all required competencies to include annual aseptic training and process qualifications along with any continuing
  education requirements to maintain licensure
• Assists in managing inventory using best practices including FIFO/FEFO
• Ensures confidentiality of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by management
