Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Production Operator to monitor and operate plant equipment, support process troubleshooting, and maintain quality production. You will document operating parameters, assist with maintenance tasks, and communicate with team members to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include following LOTO procedures, performing changeovers, and supporting packaging and material handling. Must read English documents and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Must read and interpret documents, and communicate clearly in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot plant equipment during daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers, assemble and clean machinery, document parameters.
• Follow safety, LOTO procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Record production data and support maintenance activities as needed.
• Assist with material handling and packaging tasks.
