Qualifications

• Self-motivation to meet production targets.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Manual dexterity for precise handling.
• Familiar with equipment like fill machines and pallet jack.
• Read and follow standard work instructions and safety rules.
• One-year production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks on a rotational basis.
• Retrieve and verify raw materials; package and palletize finished products.
• Process unused raw materials and maintain organized workspace.
• Refer to charts for measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Inspect product for quality.
• Assist in cleaning the work area and department.
• Other duties as assigned.
