Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is a leading manufacturer of branded and private label charcoal and related products. Royal Oak is seeking a Manufacturing Operator C to run manufacturing equipment and handle raw materials.

The role is on the 1st shift with hours Wednesday 12pm–6pm and Thursday–Saturday 6am–6pm. Responsibilities include assisting mixer/dryer ops with quality checks, unloading materials, and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Assist mixer and/or dryer operators with quality checks.
• Receive and unload raw materials.
• Process raw materials to meet daily targets.
• Ability to conduct cycle counts.
• Lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary.
• Work in varying weather and temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and work with raw materials.
• Support 1st shift operations Wednesday 12pm–6pm and Thu–Sat 6am–6pm.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.

In addition, the Company also manufactures railroad cross ties, which strengthens our relationship with our suppliers in the charcoal business. We offer a full suite of grilling products including charcoal briquettes, all-natural lump charcoal, fire starters along with the Pine Mountain fire-building brand, the Diamond brand, and the Specialty Wood Products brand.

Position Summary

Royal Oak is looking for a Manufacturing Operator C. This position is responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment while also working with raw materials used in the manufacturing process. This position will be for 1st shift, Wednesday, 12pm to 6pm and Thursday through Saturday, 6am to 6pm.

• Due to the open environment, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions
