Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance and log data.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot simple issues; escalate complex problems.
• Assist with changeovers and calibration.
• Ensure product quality and report non-conformities.
• Uphold PPE and safety practices.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet targets.
