Job summary

TOTO USA is seeking an Operator B Glost to safely operate and monitor industrial machinery in our GA manufacturing facility. You will support continuous production, perform basic preventive maintenance, and follow safety and quality procedures to keep equipment running and products meeting specifications.

Shifts are Monday-Thursday nights and Friday night into Saturday morning with base pay of 18.60 per hour plus a 2.00 differential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve operational processes.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment as needed to support production requirements.

About the Role:

The Operator B position is a critical role responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing or production environment. The primary goal of the Operator B Glost position is to ensure continuous production flow by monitoring equipment performance, performing routine maintenance, and promptly addressing any operational issues. This Operator B Glost role requires adherence to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe workplace and deliver products that meet company specifications. The Operator B Glost role will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and contribute to overall operational excellence. Success in this role directly impacts production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Certification in workplace safety or equipment operation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
