Avispa is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support in Santa Rosa, CA to assemble and process microcircuit parts with precision manufacturing equipment and strict quality controls. This onsite role offers $27/hr, 40 hours per week, and a 24-month assignment.

You will operate bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual tools, while maintaining high quality and adhering to safety and process standards. Collaboration with engineering, trainers, and operators is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an ESD room environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with microscopes is preferred.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts according to strict standards.

Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, following strict quality standards with close attention to detail and steady, deliberate movements.


• Operate manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools, handling delicate and sensitive materials in various forms.


• Work independently under the direction of a coordinator, collaborating with engineering, trainers, and operators and raising concerns through the standard chain of command.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications

• Ability to work in an ESD room environment and handle delicate products and multiple materials.


• Proficient computer skills.


• Experience with microscopes is preferred.
