Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Itasca, IL is seeking a Production, Operations, and Supply Chain Manager to lead the alignment of supply chain, production planning, and inventory management. You will oversee demand planning, procurement, manufacturing execution, and logistics to meet customer delivery commitments.

You will lead production planning, manage the Master Production Schedule, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and supporting functions to optimize efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience, including strategy, supplier management, planning, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience in consumer products preferred.
• 7+ years working with suppliers, including domestic travel within the U.S.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle manufacturing and distribution applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated supply chain, production planning, and material flow strategies.
• Own and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Lead capacity planning balancing demand, labor, equipment, and inventory.
• Drive improvements in throughput, OEE, and inventory turns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives.
