Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams with emphasis on safety, quality, and accountability
• Foster a culture of constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate daily production schedules and priorities to meet customer and operational demands
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to solve problems and drive results
• Monitor production systems, analyze data, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor and set expectations by example
