Job summary

Alinabal is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead a production team in aerospace manufacturing. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to keep customer schedules on track.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production tracking.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, job travelers, and work instructions.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience and AS9100 knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Adjust workflow and staffing in real time to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and cross-training for flexibility and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor output, downtime, efficiency, and other KPIs; drive corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment, material, tooling, and process issues with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.
• Support preventive maintenance plans for equipment and tooling.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback.

At Alinabal, you will guide a production team that builds quality into every part, every time.A Day in the RoleStart of shift: You kick off with a safety huddle and a quick review of KPIs — safety, quality, delivery, and productivity — aligning the team to the day’s targets and customer commitments.Mid-morning: You balance staffing, adjust schedules, and reallocate work to meet changing priorities. You’re on the floor coaching, answering questions, and ensuring work instructions and technical drawings are understood.Midday: A press cell flags downtime. You partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot, coordinate preventive actions, and restore flow, all while logging events in ERP/MRP and tracking OEE, efficiency, and scrap.Afternoon: You facilitate 5S audits, lead a Kaizen burst, and support cross-training to boost flexibility and safety.
