Qualifications

• Experience as Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, workflow management, and quality systems.
• Ability to analyze production data and prepare reports.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing team members.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet targets, inventory needs, and quality standards.
• Schedule and prioritize workflow to maximize labor, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Supervise and coach production teams to boost productivity and engagement.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Review production metrics and prepare reports to identify improvements.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements in the workplace.
• Partner with planning teams on scheduling, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished products for quality.
