Job summary

Allison Transmission seeks a Manager, Operations to oversee multiple lines and departments within Plant Operations. You will directly supervise salaried supervisors and indirectly lead hourly teams, ensuring adherence to processes and continuous improvement across scope.

In this role you will support selection and development, drive TPM and OEE improvements, and lead lean initiatives while sustaining safety, cost, and quality targets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the selection, training, and development of new employees.
• Coach, develop, and support team members.
• Lead personnel, material, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Meet production cost, schedules, and quality requirements.
