This position is located in our Arecibo, PR site as an onsite role.What you’ll do:The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading production operations across multiple manufacturing processes, including Molding, Screw Machine, Punch Press, Brazing, Plating, and Assembly operations. This role drives operational excellence by ensuring production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, productivity targets, and customer commitments are achieved while supporting Eaton's business objectives and continuous improvement culture.
