Qualifications

• 7-10 years technical experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• 8+ years supervisory experience.
• Heavy Mechanical and Fabrication background with specific equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production supervisors and direct labor staff.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure overall department performance related to cost, quality, schedule, and safety.
