Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial/mechanical services with at least 2 years in leadership/operations.
• Experience managing crews, scheduling, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards (OSHA, MSHA).

Responsibilities

• Manage field and shop activities including fabrication, installation, maintenance, and shutdown work.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and material resources to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of multiple projects concurrently.
• Lead and mentor field supervisors, foremen, and shop personnel.
