Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day production activities to meet KPIs and company objectives.
• Promotes a safe and accident-free work environment.
• Leads a team in a continuous improvement environment to minimize costs.
• Plans production priorities and coordinates with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
• Reviews production and quality reports to identify causes of nonconformity and implement improvements.
• Develops operating methods to eliminate problems and improve quality.
• Interacts with engineering to modify machinery for better production and quality.
