Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to direct production areas and ensure achievement of goals in quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

You will prioritize production plans, manage budgets, and develop staffing while advancing lean initiatives and CAPA processes. With 5+ years in manufacturing scheduling and experience with high-precision mechanical and electrical products, you will collaborate across functions to drive improvements, lead teams, and support NPI projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Scheduling in manufacturing and lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience with high-precision mechanical and electrical industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production department operations to meet goals and budgets.
• Collaborate with group leads and manufacturing associates to improve engagement, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Review, evaluate, and implement changes to meet specifications.
• Ensure production volumes align with forecast and plans.
• Participate in building forecasts and budgets; drive KPI-based improvements.
• Develop SOPs and training for production operators; transfer process know-how.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve capabilities and support new production concepts.
