Job summary

Chartwell embeds ourselves at client sites Monday – Thursday to work with client teams to deliver step-change improvements. We seek engineers with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership and communication skills, and a bias for action to travel and implement solutions globally.

You will work across manufacturing industries and gain tailored development coaching from day 1, with substantial hands-on shop-floor exposure and opportunities for rapid growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with leadership and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with initiatives and bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites Mon–Thu weekly, with London meetings as needed.
  • Right to work in multiple regions may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Chartwell consultants embed ourselves at client sites Monday – Thursday to work with client teams to deliver step-change improvements in performance. This means spending time on the shop floor rather than just behind a computer, as well as working with people and machines to figure out what the real problems are – and how you’re going to fix them.
