Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives from concept to execution.
• Drive scrap reduction, throughput, uptime, and quality improvements.
• Apply PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop CAPA to improve process capability and reliability.
• Create KPI dashboards and data-driven decision support.
