The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and proficiency with SolidWorks and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; read, create and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Proficient in CAD tooling for parts/assemblies and production drawings.
• Experience with data analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Lean manufacturing understanding and ability to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and prepare drawings for machinery and tooling modifications using CAD.
• Evaluate components needed to design or modify equipment.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Create work instructions to enhance safety, efficiency, and training.
• Oversee mechanical equipment installations and train staff on usage.
