Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (Apparel / Textiles) to lead a technically diverse, highly autonomous department responsible for full manufacturing development.

You will head a team of manufacturing engineers to design, implement and optimize production processes, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and safe operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage department budgeting, resources and drive continuous improvement across core operations globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in high-autonomy roles.
• Proven track record of improving plant performance and efficiency.
• Background in Apparel, Textiles, Aerospace or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and enhance manufacturing operations for high-quality, market leading products sold globally.
• Work closely with the senior management across key improvement projects.
• Develop new and existing manufacturing processes, lead continuous improvement activities to drive performance, reduce cost and improve efficiency.
