Job summary

Qualifications

• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Oracle).
• Fähigkeit, ein kleines Team zu führen und Prioritäten zu managen.

Responsibilities

• Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Koordination des Materialflusses.
• Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen zur Optimierung von Beständen, Abfallreduzierung und Durchsatz.
• Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Förderung einer Kultur der Verantwortlichkeit.
• Mentor für weniger erfahrene Kollegen und Förderung von Teamkompetenz.

Job Description Summary

Koordination und Beschleunigung des Materialflusses (von Lieferanten und auch innerhalb von Abteilungen) gemäß Produktionsplänen. Planung und Terminierung des Material-/Produktionsbedarfs. Verantwortlich für die Planung/Ausführung des Abteilungsbetriebs oder konzentriert sich auf die Ausführung von beruflichen Tätigkeiten innerhalb einer technischen Disziplin.Hat eine gewisse Autonomie, wird jedoch von festgelegten Richtlinien oder der Überprüfung der Endergebnisse geleitet.

Die Stelle ermöglicht die Änderung von Arbeitsabläufen und Praktiken, sofern die Endergebnisse den Standards der Akzeptanz (Qualität, Umfang, Aktualität usw.) entsprechen.

What You'll Do

• Lead master planning and material execution processes, including production scheduling and purchasing needs, ensuring alignment with operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


• Partner cross-functionally to coordinate and expedite material flow — from supplier delivery through internal department handoffs — to keep production on schedule.


• Identify and implement process improvements that optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve throughput.


• Hire, develop, and coach your team — setting clear performance expectations, supporting growth, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


• Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues, helping build team capability and consensus around operational decisions.


• Monitor production plan adherence and proactively surface risks, proposing practical solutions when manufacturing complexity or interdependent production cycles require it.

Who We're Looking For

You're a people-first leader with a solid procurement foundation — someone who brings both operational discipline and the interpersonal skills to bring a team together around shared goals.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a Supply Chain or related field, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements


• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement and/or supply chain


• Alternatively, a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential with at least 6 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience


• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and execute purchasing processes


• Experience working within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)


• Ability to lead a small team and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with sourcing policy application and category management


• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across teams


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions outside of standard parameters

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on August 11, 2026.
