Job summary

A medical device and components manufacturer in Montana is hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead site operations across two locations. This is a chance to shape a growing manufacturing organization, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team.

You will lead daily manufacturing operations, establish SOPs and training, drive CAPA and safety initiatives, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to tackle challenges while building a skilled workforce and data-driven

Qualifications

• Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus.
• Experience in cleanroom or custom silicone manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations through supervisors and team leads.
• Establish and sustain SOPs, training programs, and safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance on operational challenges.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Track KPIs and drive data-based decisions across the site.
