Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Minnesota to support the production equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will repair, maintain, and modify machinery to keep production lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, with strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The position offers on-site work with a Monday–Thursday shift and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail when performing preventative maintenance activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment independently.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to manufacturing equipment by repairing, maintaining, or modifying machinery.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Document equipment qualifications, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and parts used in the MP2 maintenance database.
• Maintain backup equipment and ensure spare parts inventory levels meet manufacturing needs.
• Assist engineers with equipment operation, development, and improvement initiatives.
