Job summary

Paleovalley in Clinton, Arkansas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across production equipment and facility systems, troubleshoot issues, document work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or related skilled trade.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, routine troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and maintenance docs.
• Willingness to work in refrigerated areas and lift up to 50 lb.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace wear components to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and conditions in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support safe operations.
• Identify safety hazards and escalate issues as needed.
