Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This full-time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical or Trade School Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Must work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Utilize welding skills to repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Work with hydraulic systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Carry out electrical repairs and installations in compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work done, including time and materials used.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize maintenance and repair work.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations within the facility, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance processes.
