Salary: $91,750 - $131,250 per year

Manufacturing Maintenance Manager - Night Shift
As the Manufacturing Maintenance Manager - Night Shift, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of pharma products manufacturing. You will direct maintenance staff, plan equipment maintenance activities, and align systems to support regulatory compliance (21CFR210 & 211), GMP, as well as the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle management (onboarding to decommissioning).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive industry standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders.
  • Execute projects that enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices.
  • Develop site and departmental metrics to drive continuous improvement.

This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to lead a team in a regulated manufacturing environment.
