Job summary

ICP Group in Seaford, DE seeks a Machine Operator to set up and monitor raw material equipment, operate machine controls, and follow SOPs with a focus on quality and safety. Shift is Monday–Friday 6am–4:30pm, with some Saturdays; pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.50 per hour and training runs 7am–4:30pm for about two weeks.

Responsibilities include following supervisor-directed daily activities, housekeeping, packaging line support, and accurate production counts.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's daily schedule and operate filler lines per SOP.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operation of equipment.
• Assist in packaging setup, take down, and clean up.
• Monitor fill levels and record production counts on job sheets.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow safety regulations.
• Ensure correct lot numbers and high quality, well-packaged products.
