Manufacturing Machine Operator | Manassas, VA

About the job

Pronto is seeking a motivated and reliable Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our growing dietary supplement manufacturing team in Manassas, Virginia.

In this role, you will help operate and maintain production equipment, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards. You will work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams in a clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. We provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training and are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, work collaboratively, and build a long‑term career in manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a highly regulated and rapidly growing industry while developing valuable technical skills and advancing your career.

What You’ll Do

Set up and prepare manufacturing equipment for production runs, including assembling components, cleaning equipment, and verifying readiness.

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Adjust machine settings, such as speed and operating parameters, to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

Inspect products and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.

Follow established safety procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and company policies.

Complete production documentation accurately and maintain required records.

Assist in other manufacturing activities as needed and participate in cross‑training opportunities.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.

Required Qualifications

Basic English skills, including the ability to read, understand, and complete simple written documentation.

Ability and willingness to learn manufacturing processes and operate production equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a work shift.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.

Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided.
