Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our MFG TEAM. Operate production equipment, monitor production parameters, inspect products for conformance, record data, and adjust the process or contact supervision for guidance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and about 1 year of manufacturing experience. The role features a 2-2-3 rotating weekend schedule in a safety-minded, quality-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
May function as a sorter, box assembler, or relief operator for the kiln or automatic sorting equipment.
Conducts tests or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods.
Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet.
May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanical problem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.
Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
