Job summary

Safran S.A. in Kentucky is seeking an HSE Coordinator to help ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. You will support safety programs, incident prevention, and compliance across production lines, working closely with operations to promote best practices.

Key duties include overseeing CNC machining setup and inspection, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, training coworkers, and contributing improvement ideas to raise safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operation of computer numeric controlled (CNC) machining and inspection
• Deburring and inspection in W&B facility
• Ensure proper material handling to achieve traceability, quality and scheduling targets
• Monitor equipment and record data to document the manufacturing process
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment anomalies affecting operation, productivity, and quality
• Perform preventive maintenance to meet maintenance schedules
• Maintain housekeeping and safety requirements in manufacturing areas
• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost
• Follow safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities procedures
• Train coworkers in proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures

Job responsibilities
