Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/production operations incl. setup, troubleshooting, maintenance.
• 1+ years supervisory/leadership in manufacturing with track record of improving teams.

Responsibilities

• Build skills through an eight-to-ten month structured training program supervising production and operating machines in various plants.
• Assist plant management with daily operations, staff supervision, production planning and equipment management.
• Apply statistical process methods and basic quality tools to optimize production.
• Manage production throughput ensuring efficient use of equipment and materials while following safety procedures.
• Enforce SOPs and assist with training and developing plant staff.
• Oversee teams across locations, administering labor contracts and fostering positive relations.
