Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2029.
• Interest in growing a career in manufacturing plants.
• Passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing projects and deliver improvements within the plant.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Present results and learnings at program milestones.
