Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineering professional to lead process development, site audits, and cost and quality improvement initiatives. The role focuses on yield and throughput enhancements and advancing new manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will conduct studies to characterize processes, develop transfer plans, and support product innovations while ensuring robust documentation and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Experience with process development and manufacturing site audits.
• Strong background in cost and quality improvement projects; yield and throughput improvements.
• Studies to characterize new manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing sites and develop process improvements plans with associated costs.
• Develop manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis.
• Support new product innovation and supply chain activities.
• Oversee manufacturing line/site transfers and process changes.
• Engage in documentation: manufacturing procedures and WIs; ensure good documentation practices.
• Review technical work instructions and drawings for accuracy.

Responsibilities

1. Highly skilled manufacturing or industrial engineers with 7+ years of experience
2. Experienced with process development and done manufacturing site audits
3. Executed cost and quality improvement projects, yield and throughput improvements etc.,
4. Conducted studies to characterize new manufacturing process.
5. Assess manufacturing sites and come up with process improvements plan and associates cost.
6. Developed manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis
7. New product innovation and supply chain
8. Manufacturing line/site transfer and process change
9. Six sigma – certification will be added advantage.
10. Manufacturing Data gathering and perform statistical analysis(Minitab)
11. Manufacturing Procedure Documents
12. Reviewing technical work instructions, drawings, and good documentation practices.
13. Client PLM knowledge (Map Agile Follow-up)
