Job summary

AmbioPharm, Inc. in North Augusta, SC is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Lab Tech for the 2nd shift.

This on-site role provides comprehensive training in GMP manufacturing, laboratory support, and final product packaging, with opportunities to learn cross-functional processes. You will follow approved SOPs, document operations in logbooks and batch records, perform routine clean room tasks, and assist the Production Manager and Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift and carry 80-pound loads.
• Must be able to wear safety shoes and glasses.
• Cannot work in absence of physician clearance for respirator.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP manufacturing directions and SOPs.
• Document all production operations in logbooks and batch records.
• Perform scheduled clean room cleaning activities.
• Assist Production Manager and Supervisor as needed.
• Work with Warehouse and QA to complete packaging of Final Product.
• Maintain time management to improve productivity.

Now Hiring for MFG Lab Tech. This is an entry level role. High School Diploma needed; training is provided!!

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Laboratory Technician position is an entry level position. The person in this position will be trained and responsible for following instructions and procedures in support of manufacturing processes in a controlled GMP environment, as well as performing related activities.
• Must manage and organize the glass cleaning operation according to approved standard operating procedures.
• Works closely with Warehouse technician and Quality Assurance to perform and complete all Final Product packaging's.
• Must manage time well. Must be able to perform daily tasks in a timely manner - improving productivity while minimizing idle time.
• Follow approved GMP manufacturing directions such as standard operating procedures and other instructions in support of production.
• Responsible for documenting all production operations in logbooks and/or batch records.
• Perform the scheduled clean room cleaning activities as described by the standard operating procedure.
• Assist the Production Manager and Production Supervisor as requested.
• Perform simple maintenance procedures such as vacuum pump oil changes.
• Must be willing to work shifts and weekends as necessary.
• These responsibilities may change based on the business demand and the company’s organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have the ability to lift and carry 80-pound loads
• Must be able to push, pull, squat stand, sit and walk throughout the day.
• Must be able to wear safety shoes & glasses through out the day while in designated areas (provided by the company)
• You must be cleared by a physician to wear a respirator throughout the day while in designated areas. This is a condition of employment required for the above position.
• Must be ok working in a chemical environment.
