Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, networking, or related field.
- Interest in IT operations, infrastructure support, service desk, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, or manufacturing technology.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic on-site and remote technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and common end-user technologies.
- Support onboarding, device prep, workstation setup, and basic hardware refresh activities under supervision.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, printing, and conferencing.
- Assist with site technology needs, inventory checks, and equipment moves.
- Support endpoint management, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, backup, and application initiatives as directed by IT leadership.
