The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of crucial business systems while managing a team. The role is full-time with a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in information systems or technology.
• 7+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT activities at the Lafayette plant.
• Ensure high availability and redundancy for business-critical systems.
• Maintain disaster recovery planning for critical systems.
