The role involves applying adult-learning principles, conducting needs analyses, and collaborating with SMEs and plant stakeholders to validate requirements. Experience with ADDIE/SAM methods and LMS integration is preferred.

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align content with plant goals and launch readiness.
• Support LMS setup and integration of curricula and job aids for manufacturing learners.
