Estimated annual base pay: $142,000.00 (minimum) – $177,000.00 (midpoint) – $213,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and Lead High-Performing Teams: Cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability by mentoring team members, setting clear goals, and fostering professional growth across diverse technical and business functions;
  • Foster an environment of continuing education and career development for team members that includes both internal and external relationship building and understanding of business operations.
  • Drive Clear and Effective Communication: Act as a central communication hub between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership- translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and aligning priorities across the organization;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align enterprise systems with strategic business goals;
  • Communicate system updates, changes, and benefits to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Champion Strategic Alignment: Lead the identification and implementation of business system (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) improvements that support organizational goals, ensuring initiatives are well-communicated, strategically prioritized, and effectively executed.
  • Project Management: Adept at leading and managing system-related (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) projects, from planning through execution, ensuring projects meet objectives on time and within budget ; Oversee large-scale implementation projects, including new modules, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems. ; Develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and consultants; Manage relationships with software vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery and adherence to contracts. ; Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Innovation & Strategic Thinking: Designing and implementing business processes that align IT systems with the organization’s strategic direction; Foster creativity among their teams to explore novel approaches to achieving strategic goals, thus ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Effective at navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to pivot strategies and maintain momentum in dynamic environments.
  • Performance Measurement & Feedback: Skilled in setting clear goals, tracking progress through KPIs, and using feedback to continuously improve team performance and system outcomes; Ability to manage underperforming employees.
