This position contributes to the Organizational Strategy, Culture & Leadership function within Human Resources, working to support their assigned areas. The role partners with business and HR leadership to build the conditions for sustained performance, trust, agility, and sustainability. The incumbent will translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen engagement, leadership effectiveness, manager capability, talent readiness, team effectiveness, and workforce alignment.
The role serves as a strategic advisor and execution lead for organizational health, change leadership, performance systems, psychological safety, succession planning, and organizational design. This position also drives consistent implementation of HR processes and practices in partnership with HR Centers of Expertise, business leaders, and site/function HR teams.
This role is required to be onsite 5 days per week.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
