The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships. One year of HR experience is preferred, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 1 year HRBP or Employee Relations experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches leaders on capability, performance, and change management.
• Partners with managers on employee relations and workforce initiatives.
• Uses data to influence decisions and designs employee experience initiatives.
