Job summary

You will schedule work, manage priorities, and ensure material availability while applying practical problem-solving and maintaining safety. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience performing all tasks within the department.
• Acceptable attendance record with four (4) or less attendance points in the past twelve (12).

Responsibilities

• Motivate, assign work, and lead all team members in your department.
• Schedule work priorities and manage material availability.
• Address employee concerns with the supervisor to maintain morale.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to meet the requirements of the schedule.
• Perform product inspections and evaluate the quality before leaving the area.
• Perform inventory of stock and communicate shortages to planners and others.
• Maintain and complete all manufacturing paperwork for the area.
• Lead by example through hands-on work.
• Interact with internal/external customers, suppliers, and vendors professionally.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with procedures.
