Job summary

Research Tool & Die Works powered by Fairbanks Morse Defense in Carson, CA, is seeking a General Laborer to support production operations. You will assist with cleaning, powder coating, spot welding, and basic press operation tasks to help maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift/move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas and maintain a safe work environment.

• Perform deburring to remove sharp edges on metal parts.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to supervisors.
