Arlon Graphics, LLC is seeking production staff to join the manufacturing floor on multiple shifts in California. This temp-to-hire position offers hourly wages of $19.00–$20.00, weekly pay, and an air-conditioned workspace.

After the temp period, regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, and performance bonuses; overtime and weekend hours are required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must pass background check.
• Must be willing & able to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Work on the manufacturing/production floor.
• Operate basic equipment and tools after training.
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Temp-to-Hire

$19:00 per hour (1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm)

$19.50 per hour (2nd shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm)

$20.00 per hour (3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am)

• Mandatory Weekends and must be open to OT***

Pay Transparency

The current pay rate for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
