Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline is required.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing cost methodologies; 3+ years in financial analysis or accounting preferred.
• Strong customer focus with professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; strong analytical and data-translation skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production and sales financial data; calculate profitability by SKU, customer and business segment.
• Perform variance analysis to forecast and plan; provide pro forma analysis for new proposals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and share insights with cross-functional teams.
• Support development of annual operating plan and assess financial performance against benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain financial models and ad hoc analyses; verify data accuracy with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely decision support.
