Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to blend multiple data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of problem solving and influencing across levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end accounting including analysis for Flash, Forecast, and other financial reports.
• Journal entry postings and analytical review of Inventory and Sales (samples, freight, COGS allocations).
• Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly Sales Rebates and Freight accruals.
• Monthly trend analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
• Assist with development of annual budget and quarterly forecast decks; strategic financials.
• Monthly sales reporting including customer P&L, PPV, etc.
• CAPEX tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Margin analytics by customer, channel, SKU.
• Develop and implement KPIs across the operating company.
• Support cost accounting and shared services accounting team; backup to finance directors.
• Build SOPs and presentation support for FP&A.
