The Surveillance Operations Manufacturing Finance team is seeking a high-energy professional to work as a Manufacturing Finance Principal Cost Controls Specialist supporting the Raytheon Surveillance factories. The primary responsibilities are to assist the factory operations team in driving site productivity and efficiencies through the forecasting and tracking of HPUs, touch labor utilization, support/touch ratios, indirect spend rates, PRISM Pools, and other metrics.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
