Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is hiring Manufacturing Facility Security Officers in Ohio. The positions offer weekly pay and a clear path for growth within the company.

Training is provided, with a $100 bonus after training and a $400 bonus after six months for staying in good standing. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and are capable of patrols at the manufacturing site. Roles include security observation, incident reporting, and ensuring the safety of the client site.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete patrols.
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer).
• Prior security/customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements may include lifting up to 10 pounds and up to 25 pounds.

Security Officer/Guard:

• Security Positions are Full and Part Time
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
